Solstice Blessings
When you lose your footing
May the earth hold you
When your heart is aching
May the waters soothe you
When life feels overwhelming
May the air lighten you
When your thoughts are darkening
May the fire illumine you.

Earth, water, air, fire
Eternal elements, bringing life
Solstice fullness, solstice sun
Bless you always, every one.
Whether you are opening to the fullness of summer light or seeding a new cycle in the winter dark, may you be renewed, sustained, and strengthened as the wheel of the year turns at solstice.

Thank you for your good company through 2024, and the comments you have left on my blog page. This year has been fruitful for me, with the completion of my seasons of life trilogy, and I am now reaching a point of rest.
Each year I like to gift you a solstice mandala and a blessing. The mandala was made with my granddaughters last summer solstice. This year I have some sadness as they are now living far away in Costa Rica, but I will be in Nelson with family who are living off their land. There I hope to gather what nature offers and create a new solstice mandala.

Blessings and gratitude to you Juliet for all you have given. Much love ❤
Thank you Kerrin.
I understand you feeling the loss (for now) of your darling grandchildren and family as they head to far off places and a new life for now.
My only child (now 33.) was working overseas for nine years, with a few short returns home.
Your darlings will not forget you.
All the best to you in this time of change
Thank you Lynda for your kind wishes. Nine years overseas is a long time for your child to be away.
Thank you Juliet for your generosity, offering beautiful inspiration! When my busy life takes over i delight in receiving your grounding reminders and usually pick up one of your books to re-centre. Blessings to you, enjoy your time in Nelson
Thank you Carol, and I love to hear how you are using my books.
Dear Juliet
With much gratitude for sharing your beautiful rituals connecting us to the natural world that we are connected to.
Appreciation in times of inevitable change, and more often, as I get older the preciousness of it all.
I will light a candle for you and my dear aunt and a dear friend who passed this year. Both loved nature and inspired me.
Heartfelt warmest wishes to you and your followers.
Thank you Claire; it is always good to hear from you, and so lovely to think of you lighting a candle for three nature lovers!
How kind of you Claire, to light the candle and link three of us nature lovers. Thank you.
Thank you for sharing your thoughts ; blessings of peace to you :-)
Thank you Brenda.
Thank you for giving us the tools to do rituals that reflect our seasons
You are so welcome, Louise,
